Majid Mohamed (ASA)
Founder & Managing Partner
Majid is an accounting and finance professional with over 13 years of experience working with governmental and private entities across the UAE, the region, and internationally. He holds degrees from Monash University and Griffith University in Australia, is a CPA Australia member and holds the ASA designation. He is a registered auditor accredited by the UAE Ministry of Economy and — a rare distinction — a registered accounting expert with both Dubai Courts and the Abu Dhabi Judiciary Department. Majid leads the firm’s most complex engagements in audit, forensics, disputes, and advisory.
Yasser Naser (ACCA)
Manager
Yasser is an Associate Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) with extensive knowledge in internal and external auditing and a strong background in tax laws and policies. He leads audit and tax engagements across multiple sectors.
Rania Seif Eldien
Manager
Rania holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accounting from Saint Joseph University, Lebanon. She manages accounting and advisory engagements with a strong focus on financial reporting and client communication.
Abdelrahman Abo Deia
Senior Assistant
Abdelrahman holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting and serves as a Senior Assistant on audit and accounting engagements — bringing academic rigor and attention to detail to every assignment.
Dristi Bohola (CPA)
Senior Assistant
Dristi is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, USA) and a member of AICPA, with over 4 years of experience in finance, taxation, and corporate law. She brings a specialized perspective on US tax obligations and international financial matters.
Mahmoud El-Sisi

Mahmoud holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and serves as an Assistant Court Expert at LEDGERS — supporting the preparation of forensic reports and court expert engagements under Majid Mohamed’s direction.
