Majid Mohamed
Founder & Managing Partner
With over 15 years of experience across the public and private sectors in the UAE. Majid combines expertise in audit, financial management, forensic accounting, and dispute advisory.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Griffith University, a Diploma in Business Administration from Monash University, and an LL.M. in International Trade Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University. A CPA Australia associate member, he is also a UAE Ministry of Economy-registered auditor and an accounting expert registered with both Dubai Courts and the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department.
His specialized training includes estate guardianship, judicial expertise, bankruptcy & liquidation, corporate tax, and VAT.
Yasir Nasir (ACCA)
Manager
Yasir is an Associate Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) with extensive knowledge of internal and external auditing and a strong background in tax laws and policies. As a Manager at LEDGERS, he leads audit and tax engagements across multiple sectors, supporting clients with technically sound and commercially relevant advice.
Abdelrahman Abu Dayyeh (CPA)

Abdelrahman is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) USA with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a Master of Science in Accounting, and a VAT Diploma. As a Manager at LEDGERS, he applies his technical expertise across audit, accounting, and taxation to help clients address financial reporting, compliance, and business requirements with accuracy and confidence. Drishti Bhola (CPA)

Drishti is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) USA and a member of the AICPA, with a primary focus on audit and assurance. Her experience in finance, taxation, corporate law, and international financial matters gives her a broad perspective when supporting complex engagements. She applies a rigorous, compliance-focused approach to help clients meet financial reporting, regulatory, and professional standards.
Mahmoud Elsese
Manager
Mahmoud holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and serves as an Assistant Court Expert at LEDGERS. He supports forensic accounting and court expert engagements through the analysis of financial records, evaluation of financial disputes, and preparation of clear, well-supported expert reports under the direction of Mr. Majid Mohamed. His analytical skills and attention to detail contribute to objective and reliable findings.

Imaad Surve

Imaad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance with Distinction and serves as an Associate at LEDGERS. Having completed Level II of the CFA Program, he brings strengthened knowledge of financial analysis, investment principles, and corporate finance to his work. Nesma Osama

With five years of administrative experience, Nesma serves as an Administrative Officer at LEDGERS, supporting daily operations and coordinating administrative activities. She helps maintain efficient internal processes, facilitates communication, and provides support across the firm.
In addition to her administrative responsibilities, she also serves as an Assistant Court Expert , supporting court expert engagements through document coordination, case administration and communication. Her professionalism, organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to efficiency contribute to smooth operations and high-quality client service.
